He was predeceased by: his wife Sybil Oubre Mullican; his parents, Alfred Mullican and Mary Worlin Mullican; and his siblings, Charles Mullican, Barbara Hebert, Alfreda Featherling and Juanita Travasos.
He is survived by: his children, John Mullican, Jr. of Dallas, TX and Ramona Ryan (Bernard Ryan); his granddaughter Coleen Ryan; and his great grandchild Triston Ryan of Flagler Beach, FL..
