She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Gonsoulin and Lillian Ransonet Gonsoulin; her husband Earl J. Toepfer; and her sister Claudette Gonsoulin-Burt. She is survived by: her daughter Marie Toepfer-Celestin of Harahan; her grandson Michael Celestin (C. J.); her daughter Cheryl Toepfer of Youngsville; her grandsons, Kyle Mayers and Connor Chambley; and her siblings, Vernon William "Bill" Gonsoulin (Cheryl) of Lafayette, Perry Lee Gonsoulin-Moreau (Louis) of Tulsa, James "Jim" Gonsoulin (Sandra) of Loreauville and Sheree Gonsoulin-Lavalais (Morgan) of New Iberia. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
