With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elmo Landry Jr. of Loreauville, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Joseph Landry, Sr. and Rita Hollier Landry; his sister Joan Laviolette; and his brother-in-law Adam Laviolette, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Roy (James) and Cecil Landry (Bobette); his nieces and nephews, Patty Boggs (Patrick), Tammy Theriot (Jake), Mandy Broussard (Edward), Marla Begnaud (Brent), Matthew Roy (Kassie) and Jordan Landry (Marielle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah, Alyssa, Emma, Calla, Adam, Grant, Luke, Blake, Eli, Decker, Noah and Liam; and also, Lily, Benny and Andy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Loreauville (118 S Main St, Loreauville, LA 70552). A rosary was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery of Loreauville (117 S Main St, Loreauville, LA 70552).
