He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. and Yola Marie Lasseigne; and his sister Geraldine Solari. He is survived by: his wife Joy Dugas Lasseigne; his son John Blaine Hotard (Jan) of Loreauville; his grandchildren, Hailey Latiolais of Loreauville and Ethan Hotard of New Iberia; and his brother Raymond Lasseigne (Donna) of Coteau Holmes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
