He is survived by: his wife Lydie Prados Hebert of Loreauville; his children, Donna Breaux Berard (Steven) of Loreauville, Perry J. Judice II (Bridget) of Loreauville and Dr. John Rellus Hebert II of Shreveport; his grandchildren, Barrett Berard (Irene) of Prairieville, Ryan Berard of Loreauville, P. J, Judice III (Kara) of Loreauville, Blaise Judice Landry (Nevin) of Loreauville, Taylor Judice of Broussard, Sloane Judice of Broussard, John "Jack" Hebert of Shreveport and Ava Hebert of Shreveport; his great grandchildren, Alivia Earlene Judice and Laigyn Lydie Landry; and his nephews, Ted, Phil and Shelley Delahoussaye.
