He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elton "Red" Boutte (Gloria Holloman Boutte) and Daisy Boutte Connell of New Iberia; his son Kenneth J. Boutte; his great grandchild Phillip Martin; his parents, Sydney Paul Boutte, Sr. and Daisey Broussard Boutte; and also Richard, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Stevens Boutte; his son Carroll J. Boutte, Jr.; his wife Gloria Trautman Boutte of New Iberia; his daughters, Jeannie Boutte Lemaire (Chris Lemaire) of Kilgore, TX, Bonnie Boutte Pelous (Curtis Pelous) of Loreauville and Helen Boutte Thibodeaux (Hank); his grandsons, Carroll J. Boutte, III, Christopher Lemaire, Chad Lemaire, Joey Landry, Jr. and Phillip Landry; and his great grandchild David. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
