He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Clement Devall; his daughter Rhonda Kay Devall; his parents, Wilton Devall and Gertrude Devall; his siblings, Patricia Devall Lewis, Bobby Devall and William "Billy" Devall; and his great grandchild Emma Grace Magee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Devall Arnold (Richard), Brenda Devall Luckette (Brett) and Jennifer Devall Johnson (Jim); his brother Wilton "Dub" Devall Jr.; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Magee (Sammy), Brennan Mashon (Katie), Jessie Maryman (Ricky), Brooke Mashon, Madison Johnson and Johanna Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Anna Kate Magee, Macie, Allie, Heidi and Jessie Magee.
