She is survived by: her daughter Velma Chapman (Jason); her grandchildren, Tori Wehner and Ian Chauvin; her mother Mary Thames; her siblings, Sheila Porter, Lisa Shaffett, Frank Shaffett (Kim), David Brown (Amy), Newel Didon (Dianne) and Royce Shaffett; and her stepmother Doris Shaffett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
