She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Joiner (Todd); her grandchildren, Wyatt, Mark Joiner and Stephanie Smith; her great grandchild Kristian Stroud; and her brother Siegel Bruce Easterly (Mary Jane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
