He is survived by: his children, Jean Rougeou (Sabrina) of Longville and Summer Harris of Longville; his close friend Audrey McCain of Leesville; his siblings, Kenneth Rougeou (Loretta) of Sulphur, Tim Rougeou (Joy) of Westlake, Henry Rougeou (Thelma) of Huntington, TX, Sabra Benny (Marvin) of Searcy, AR and Karen Langley (Kenneth) of Carlyss; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Rougeou of Moss Bluff and Margretta Rougeou of Dequincy.
