He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blue and Lexie Blue; his wife Elizabeth "Maxine" Blue of Logansport; and his siblings, Kenneth Ray Blue, Barbara Ann Bailey and Clydia Faye McDonald.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Elyse Blue; his grandsons, Bradly Scott McCollum (Donnie Joe Cox), Cody Preston Harris (Meghan Gray Harris), Bradly McCollum and Cody Harris; and his nephews, Casey Hannigan, Donnie Cox, David Cox and Jeff Heard. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial gifts can be made in Truman's memory to Central School Corporation, or a foundation supporting Parkinson's disease or Lupas.
