He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Whitehead and Betty Jo McFatter Whitehead. He is survived by: his brother Keith Whitehead; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Whitehead (Margaret), Andrew Whitehead, Breanna Fisher and Abby Whitehead; his sister Kyleen Prewett (Carroll); his nieces and nephews, Sierra Hawkins, Kyle Hawkins (Taylor) and Wayne Hawkins (Emily Grush); and his cousins, Brent McFatter, Bryan and Debbie Whitehead (Mike Massey). He is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
