It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Burr (Logansport, Louisiana), who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Estes and Eleanor Estes; her husband Jim William Burr, Jr.; her children, Jim William Burr, III, Carolyn Taylor, Melissa Cheatwood and Sonja Kay Burr; her siblings, John William Estes and Ella Leona English; and her son-in-law James Lavone Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Katherine Ebarb, Shirley Sue Aylor, Deborah Bartlett (Roy Spinks), Becky Dauzat and Linda LaMona Myers; and her sister Dorothy Barnertt. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
