It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Loupe Eschette of Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Eschette; her parents, Lezin Loupe and Anita Chiasson Loupe; and her siblings, Maurice Loupe, Sr., Herman Loupe, Sr., Harris Loupe, Sr., Edwis Loupe, Alice Ledet, Aline Matherne, Ella Mae Zeringue and Velma Zeringue.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Eschette (Cheryl), Kurt Eschette (Nancy), Kate Plaisance (Joey) and Kern Eschette (Christine); and her grandchildren, Matt Eschette (Melissa), Dixie Gautreaux (Jarred), Heather Rodrigue (Chris), Josie Plaisance (Owen), Kyle Eschette (Shelly), Casey Eschette (Jason), Kevin Eschette (Jennifer) and Kaleb Eschette (Joshlyn). She is also survived by 12 Great-grandchildren.
