He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell, Sr. Arcement and Nellie Arcement; and his siblings, Katherine "Kay" Smith, Richard "Pemon" Arcement, Bruce Arcement and Warren Arcement.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine P. "Kutch" Arcement; his children, Lisa Ann Arcement-Lenick (Brian) and Keith Anthony Arcement (Holley); his grandchildren, Zachary Arcement, Gabbi Arcement and Hannah Arcement; and his siblings, Wayne Arcement (Kathy), Dorothy "Dot" Guidry (Louis), Mary Nell Vidallier (Joe) and Wade Arcement (Marie).
