He is survived by: his parents, Gerard LeBlanc and Dolores LeBlanc; and his siblings, Daniel LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc, James "Jim" LeBlanc (Jennifer), Chris LeBlanc and Jennifer Miller (David).

Because of the Covid-19, a private service will be held at a later date.
