He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Adams and Irene Gros Adams; his siblings, Milton, Wilton, Dudley, Richard Adams, Rena Mae Falgout and Betty LeBlanc; and the mother of his children Mary R. Adams Lowrimore.
He is survived by: his children, Robert, Jr. Adams (Melinda), Angela Jabert (Clint) and Jennica Champagne (Errol); his grandchildren, Clint, Jr. Jabert (Katie), Kaitlyn Adams, Hannah Adams (Justin) and Noah Champagne; and his sisters, Nancy Punch, Patsy Savoie and Era Jean (Michael Foret).
