It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard J. Hebert of Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Hebert; his parents, Harris Hebert and Annie Hebert; and his brother Donald Hebert. He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hebert (Lisa), Troy Hebert (Sara) and Terry Hebert (Michelle); his grandchildren, Chad (Jessica), Andy (Sarah), Rachelle (Morgan), Masy (Joe), Tory (Janie), Kayla (Jake) and Seth (MK); and his siblings, Betty Thibodaux, Carol Matherne and Gary Hebert. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Hilary Catholic Church (333 Twin Oaks Dr, Raceland, LA 70394). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Holy Savior Cemetery (612 Main St, Lockport, LA 70374).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Mr. Richard's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
