He was predeceased by: his wife Claribel Waguespack Loupe; his parents, Leon Loupe and Maggie Chaisson Loupe; and his siblings, Emile, Sidney, Davis, William Loupe, Belta Sampey and Leona Delaune.

He is survived by: his brother Wilcliff Loupe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
