He was predeceased by: his father Forrest "Sonny" Pennison. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Bourg, Melissa Triche and Kloee Pennison; his mother Hilda Parks Pennison; and his siblings, Barry Pennison (Lori), Craig Pennison, Blaine Pennison (Paula), Cynthia Tyler (Calvin), Holly Breaux (Neil) and Joni Larson (Terry). He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Children's Hospital.
