He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Plaisance and Marie Plaisance; his daughters, Angela Plaisance and Beverly Galliano; and his sister Judy Danos-LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Punch; his children, Jules Plaisance, Jr. (Penny), Thomas Punch (Necole), Jolene Plaisance (Blake) and Melissa Schnoor; and his sister Virginia Wenstell (Landry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
