With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph A. Soley of Lockport, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayvington Soley and Nora Dardar Verdin (Mitch); his brother Clayvington Soley, Jr.; and his nephew Patrick Webber. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Payne (Stanley), Cheryl Webber, Dona Ward Brown (Tim) and Dwayne Soley (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Rodney Stewart (Jennifer), Ashley Arceneaux (Jeremy), Stanley Payne Jr. (Alissa) and Jacob Hebert; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiden Stewart, Julian Arceneaux, McKenzie Arceneaux, London Stewart, Dawson Arceneaux, Cullen Collins and Joseph Arceneaux; and his aunts and uncles, Elaine "Lenny" Soley, Delo Dantin, Gloria McDonald and Jimmy Dardar (Emma Lois). He is also survived by his family and friends.
