He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Frances Snyder Loupe; his parents, Joseph Loupe and Bertha Loupe; his son James Loupe; his children-in-law, Fay Arcement and Leeann Loupe; and his siblings, Hubert, Emelien, Adam, Leroy, Claude, Dave Loupe, Adele Savoie, Eva Chauvin and Viola Loupe.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Loupe (Priscila), Michael Loupe, Brian Loupe, Christine L. Arcement and Lisa Ledet (Samuel); and his sister Rita Bonvillian. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
