With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Joseph Chiasson of Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Milton Folse Jr.; his parents, Octave Chiasson and Lynda Boudreaux Chiasson; and his brothers, Jeffery Chiasson and Jimmy Chiasson.

He is survived by: his wife Gertie Champagne Chiasson; his children, Matty Chiasson (Sharon), Malvina Sapia (Ralph), Mona Folse, Marlene Cothran (Darryl Allemand) and Myrtle Leweke (Carl); and his sister Janet Chiasson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers donations to Holy Savior Catholic Church are requested.
