She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Schultz; and her grandparents, Lois and George Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Jody Smith Sr.; her children, Cody Schultz (Yolanda), Janaé Smith (Max), Jade Champagne (Cody), Jody Smith Jr. (Hydie), Justin Smith (Cynthia) and Joshalyn Greisen; her brothers, John and Eric Schultz; and her pet Coco. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to offset funeral costs are preferred.
