He is survived by: his wife Betty Freeman Smith; and his sons, Ted K. Smith (Katherine Elizabeth Breaux) and Cliff B. Smith (Vickie Moore Smith). He is also survived by his six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
