He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawless Sr. Guidroz and Odeal Guidroz; and his siblings, Lawless Guidroz, Jr., Wallace Guidroz, Lucille Wheeler, Geneva Boudreaux, Vivian Mayer, Marion Guidroz and Betty Jenkins.

He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Royal and Charlotte Boudreaux; and his siblings, Elton Guidroz (Sally) and Jacqueline Guidroz. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
