He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert E. Loupe Sr. and Eula Loupe; his siblings, Genevieve Galiano, Paul Joseph "P. J." Loupe, Sr. and Ricky Loupe; his daughter Cynthia G. Guillot; and his great grandchild Ignatious L.
He is survived by: his wife Helen G. Loupe; his children, Kevin Gaubert (Suzanne), Claudette LeBlanc (Brandon) and Melissa Irvin; his grandchildren, Mike Guillot (Angie), Chris Guillot, Cody LeBlanc (Madeline), Jordan LeBlanc (Kristi), Dustin Irvin, Paxton LeBlanc and Madelyn Sigler; his great grandchildren, Kaeden, Luke, Eleanor, Natalie, Charles and Anna Elizabeth; and his siblings, Raymond Loupe, Daniel "Danny Boy" Loupe and Lou-Ann Triche.
