She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Hendrix, Sr.; her son Wade Hendrix; her parents, J. T. "Pete" Lagarde and Juliette Lagarde; and her brothers, Roland and Ralph Lagarde.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Hendrix, Jr. (Kyra), Wayne Hendrix, Wendy Hendrix, Bobby Hendrix, Billie Jones and Bruce Hendrix; and her siblings, Lionel Lagarde, Marion Claudel, June Hermann, Dora Topham and Nora Orgeron. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
