He is survived by: his parents, Michael, Jr. Leonard and Vivian Leonard; his brother Beau Leonard; his aunts, Jade Knight and Mona Adkins; and his grandparents, Leo T., Julia Biles, Michael, Sr. and Patsy Leonard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
