It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aline Marie Hebert Barker of Lockport, Louisiana, born in Larose, Louisiana, who passed away on January 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John William Barker; her parents, Alex Hebert and Veleda Barbier Hebert; her great grandchild Jack William Hatty; and her siblings, Agatha Hebert Badeaux, Thomas Hebert, Alex Hebert and Lionel Hebert.
She is survived by: her children, John Barker Jr. (Mary), Alex Barker (Josie), James "Jimmy" Barker (Ann), Michael Barker (Barbara), Aline "Yogi" Matherne (Jody) and Patrick Barker (Ann); her grandchildren, David Barker, Jackie Robichaux, Jenny Hatty, Lauren Ledet, Maggie Fontenot, Alyse Blanchard, Paul Barker, John David Matherne, Betsy Arceneaux, Joseph Barker, Michelle Barker, James Barker, Kyle Barker, Jacob Barker and Brooke Barker; and her brother Rene Hebert. She is also survived by her eleven great-grandchildren.
