He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Mae Crowder Sibley and Monroe "Boy" Sibley, Jr.; his siblings, Maxie Sibley Thompson and Madee Sibley Edwards; his niece Antoinette "Toni" Cantor; his parents-in-law, Leroe Lockhart and Alice Williams Lockhart; and his siblings-in-law, Jesse Edwards, Charles M. Thompson, Vernon Lockhart, Carter Cain and Debra Sue Lockhart.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Eve Lockhart Sibley; his children, David D. Sibley (Deborah) of Walker and Angela Sibley Boulahanis (John) of Hammond; his grandchildren, Logan K. Sibley (Kasie Guarisco) and Alex C. Sibley (Michelle) of Walker; his stepgrandsons, David Kennison (Julie Jackson Kennison), Michael Kennison and Anthony Williams; his great grandchildren, Taylor Sibley and Savannah Sibley of Walker; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jackson Kennison and Kenlee Kennison; and his brother Alfred K. Sibley (Patsy Moran Sibley) of Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
