He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin McCon and Vinice Milton McCon; and his siblings-in-law, Paulette McCon and Sonny Hartman. He is survived by: his son Danial A. McCon (Kimberly N. McCon); his grandchildren, Coty Smiley, Austin McCon and Michaela Petty; his great grandchildren, Payson Smiley, Baylor Smiley and Asher McCon; and his siblings, Charles McCon (Glenna McCon), Toby McCon, Tommy McCon (Georgie McCon) and Wanda Ann Hartman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colyell Baptist Church (19524 LA-42, Livingston, LA 70754). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Colyell Community Cemetery (19524 LA-42, Livingston, LA 70754).
