With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilly Bernice Carpenter of Livingston, Louisiana, who passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lilly Bernice shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lilly Bernice farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Carpenter and Henri Carpenter; her sister Virginia Krause; and her son Jonathan Rhodus. She is survived by: her children, Lisa LeBlanc (Daryl) and Kevin Rhodus; her stepdaughter Betty Weatherford; her sons, Frederick Rhodus (Keri) and Walter "Bubba"; and her grandchildren, Sarah Dugas (Quincy) and Joey Bourgeois (Hannah). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
