He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend P. W. Sibley and Lena Owens Sibley; his siblings, Pleasant Sibley, Howard "Red" Sibley and Gloria; his brother-in-law John Morel; his sister Katherine; and his brother-in-law Doug Burhman.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Harrell Sibley; his children, Richard Todd Sibley (Jerri), Eddie Glenn Sibley (Christie) and Daniel Eric Sibley (Tia); his grandchildren, Brandon Sibley, Lee Shain Sibley, Devin Penalber, Bradley Sibley, Matthew Sibley and Damian Sibley; his great grandchildren, Kamryn Penalber, Logan Penalber, Joseph Sibley, Philip Stewart and Mia Penalber; his brother Ralph Sibley (Sandra); his sister-in-law Bonnie Sartwell Sibley; and his grandsons, Chase, Dauton, Dakota and Deakn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
