He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Hart; his children, Jody Ray Hart (Kandice Jay) and Petrina Hart Stafford (Paul); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hart, Victoria Hart, Kyle Lewis (Alayna), Kade Lewis, Haleigh Hart and Autumn Stafford; and his great grandchild Everlee Hart.
