He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kimball Adams; his children, Charley Franklin Adams III (Andrea) of Marksville, Heath Adams of Alexandria, Louisiana and Shelia Adams (Kevin) of Trout, Louisiana; his brother Justin Adams (Pam) of Mansura, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Brittany Guree (William), Lakin Kirl (Shelby), Clay Adams and Natalie Adams; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Guree, Aubrin Guree and Colson Kirl.
