We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2020, at the age of 80, Geraldine Moreau (Leonville, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco "Frank" Cardinale and Hazel Badeau Cardinale; her brothers, Raymond Cardinale and Salvadore Cardinale; her siblings-in-law, Dawn Milto Cardinale, Beatrice L. Cardinale and J. C. Stelly; and her parents-in-law, Newton G. Moreau and Mildred Carriere Moreau.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Gene Moreau of Arnaudville; her children, Kerry Cardinale (Dianne) of Leonville, Kim Darbonne (Dwain) of Pecaniere and Karen Devillier (Ricky) of Leonville; her siblings-in-law, Joseph "Ned" Moreau (Laura) and Dorothy "Dot" Stelly; her niece Angela LeBlanc of Metairie; her grandchildren, Kristy Fontenot (Jamie) of Pecaniere, Cody Darbonne (Emily) of Scott, Nicole Gil (Michael) of New Iberia, Chawntelle Willingham (Kevin) of Leonville, Joshua Devillier of Leonville and Mark Devillier of Leonville; and her great grandchildren, Lindsey Fontenot of Pecaniere, Aubrie Darbonne of Scott, Hannah Darbonne of Scott, Kade Gil of New Iberia, Marlie Gil of New Iberia, Kate Willingham of Leonville and Hope Willingham of Leonville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Leonville - Due to the Covid 19 mandated gathering restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at St. Leo Cemetery for Geraldine Cardinale Moreau.
