She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Doucet and Leah Lavergne Doucet; her siblings, Kelsey Sonnier, Hilda Galloway and Mary Ann Artigue; her stepgrandsons, Larry Lavergne and Nicky Lavergne; her stepgreat-grandson Gabriel "Gabe" Lavergne; and her nephew Willie Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Paul Zerangue (Christine) of Opelousas, Melinda Lavergne (Donald) of Lawtell, Melana Lorah (Randy) and Lacey Badeaux of Leonville; her sister Lois Wells of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Seth Le Badeaux of Adam Lavergne, D. J, Kaitlyn Zerangue and Zachary Zerangue; her stepgrandchildren, Kyrie Cole and Crystal Benson; and her goddaughters, Paula Lee and Connie Aucoin. She is also survived by numerous other step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
