It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ned (Leonville, Louisiana), who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alton Ned, Sr.; her son Mervin Ned; her parents, Fede Andrus and Floretine Auzenne Andrus; her granddaughters, Tracy Danielle Ned and Shereka Chantel Lewis; and her great grandchild Cayleigh Ned.
She is survived by: her children, Alton Ned (Nancy) of Lafayette, LA, Gloria Fuselier of Leonville, LA, Emily Lewis of Opelousas, LA, Lona Lemelle (Lonnie) of Opelousas, LA, Jean Ned of Leonville, LA, Mary Ann Fournier, Shirley Hunt and Margaret Jackson; and her close friends, Loretta White, Mary Ann Marcel, Ethel Gardiner, Geraldine Thomas and Rose Gradney. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
