A. Phillips (Jean) of Anacoco, Albert Phillips (Lucy) of Leesville, Buddy Phillips of Leesville, Jack Phillips (Tracie) of Leesville and Mary Elizabeth Mitchum of Leesville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
