It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lelia Mae Waldrop of Leesville, Louisiana, born in Simpson, Louisiana, who passed away on May 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Brewer and Sarah Brewer; her husband Dalton "Mac" Waldrop; her brother David Brewer; and her brother-in-law Steve Netherland.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Waldrop Lewis (Trey) and Shelia Knoll (Matt); her grandchildren, Erin Lee Lewis, Megan Bishop, Casey Ann Lewis and Kate Bishop; her sister Shaunda Brewer Netherland; and her niece Sara Netherland.
