It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Louise Chappita of Leesville, Louisiana, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William A. Morley Sr.; her stepfather Harvey O. Sumerlin; and her brother William A Morley Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Angela C. Broyard (Tony McDonald) and Salvador J. Chappita (Noreen); her grandsons, Aaron J. Chappita and Travis A. Chappita (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Atticus Chappita, Roman Chappita and Aceligh Chappita.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastern Shore Baptist Church (6847 Park Dr, Daphne, AL 36526). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605, USA).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Joyce's honor.
