She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Green; and her grandson Dalton Micheal Sheppard. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Fowler (Butch) of Leesville, Beverly Hanson (Russell) of DeRidder, Judy Miller (Samuel) of Leesville, Julie Phillips (Mike) of Montgomery, Texas and William Myers of Leesville; and her stepchildren, Johnny Phillips of Leesville, Christina Culpepper (Richard) of Leesville and Richard Phillips (Tina) of Leesville.
