He is survived by: his wife Susie Price O'Quinn; his sons, Brandon O'Quinn, Bradley O'Quinn (Diane), Brant O'Quinn (Kendra), Chris Reynolds and Eric Tate; his sister Brenda Craig; his grandchildren, Thomas O'Quinn, Jr. (Imari), Gavin O'Quinn (Ari), Brentley O'Quinn, Ryan O'Quinn, Bryan O'Quinn, Bradley O'Quinn, Jr., Isaiah Tyler, Noah Tyler, Timothy Tyler and Aalayiah Willis; and his great grandchild Bentley Mayo. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
