He is survived by: his parents, Albert Bowman and Ira Bowman; his sister Nelda Roberts; his spouse Wanda Bowman of Lecompte; his children, Laura Mathews of Hessmer, Karen Hubley, David of Alexandria, Bill Bowman (Leslie) of Dry Prong and Britt Bowman (Rebecca) of Pineville; his stepdaughters, Renee Bennett of Los Angeles, Sheri Bennett of Lecompte, Kodua Michelle Galieti (Jeff) of Oregon and Andrea Babin; his sisters, Anease Wood (Windell) of Houston and Geraldine Turner (James) of Evergreen; and his brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Roberts of Marksville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
