She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacques Gallien and Clemence Bellard Gallien; and her siblings, Sidney, Simon, Jack, Simeon, Andrew, Mary Aaron, Ena Garrick, Odelia Guillory and Wilda Brown.

She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda LeCompte (Ronald) of Lake Charles, LA and Patricia Chavis (Kevin) of Richmond, TX; and her niece Emelda Colomb.
