It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Lee Broussard (Lawtell, Louisiana), who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Matte and Emmalina Young Matte; her son Dewayne Broussard; and her sisters, Diane Miller and Gloria Andrepont.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Broussard of Lawtell; her son Kurt Broussard of Prairieville; her brothers, George Matte (Ethel) of Church Point and Donald Matte (Donna) of Prairieville; her grandchildren, Summer Broussard (Carroll Gunter), Brandy Sharpe (Cody Redditt) and Raven Dunaway (Ben Wax); and her great grandchildren, Christian Milano, Nathan and Andrew Dunaway. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
