She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Prejean and Hilda Olivier; her husbands, Bruce Hidalgo and Oran Guidry; her son Paul Hidalgo; and her brothers, Joseph Savan Prejean, John Calvin Prejean and Vincent Dale Prejean.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Hidalgo of Lafayette, Lydia Fontenot (David) of Gonzales, Anna Palmer (Curtis) of Opelousas and Nancy Vidrine (Doyle) of Port Barre; and her grandchildren, Dexter Fontenot (Brandi), Cory Fontenot (Stacey), Mamie Wortelle, Haley Mannting (Erik), Lance Palmer (Nicole) and Ashlyn Barnes.
