He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Bobby" Hebert; his grandparents, Clarence Hebert, Emelda Allemand Hebert, Leonce "Ganou" Theriot and Gloria Bouvier Theriot; his parents-in-law, Michael Beebe, Sr. and Lois Montaldo Beebe; his uncle Danny Theriot; and also Cai Joseph Crosby.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Beebe Hebert; his children, Michaela Judith Hebert, Justin Cary Bourgeois, Nicholas John Hebert, Jordan Elizabeth Hebert and Rome Michael Hebert; his mother Peggy Theriot Chiasson; and his sister Rachel Hebert Rousse.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
